Near Fine; small closed tear at front right (see scans), otherwise no flaws beyond the omnipresent edge curl caused by the circuit-binding ("yapp" binding) format. Very high grade example. Binding is, of course, sturdy. 122 numbered pp. + 33 B&W Plates, 29 of them photographs, including ten by Ansel Adams. The other four include one plate from a lithograph and three from maps.
